One video, nicholas was in his swing. he just watches the mobile and tries to reach the moving fish. the other video he is trying to fall asleep in his swing. he always shakes his head back and forth like this. even when he is completely asleep.

Aubree and Mommy!

Just before bed time I usually like to sit and talk and play with the babies. Aubree was getting ready for bed so we had our little talk this night before she slept. This was on June 9, 2009. You can hear Nicholas crying in the background. His turn with mommy was next but this was just an all girls moment!!!

story time!

Nicholas and Aubree had just woke up and were having fun with me in their crib when they just started talkin away. i have about 10 minutes or so of footage but was only able to put a couple minutes on here due to the memory allowance but they were just so cute and fun! aubree just played with her dolly the entire time. nicholas went back and forth between telling me stories to just watching his "big" sissy play and talk! Hope you enjoy these mini videos mamaw and granddaddy and grandmother and pawpaw! I wish you could all see them! these were shot on june 17th except the last one where they are in different clothes. that one was shot on june 25th.

Aubree's neck

Just so everyone knows, Aubree's therapy is going sooo good! her therapist said she may be discharging her after our next visit next week!!! Thank You Jesus!!! Also, Nicholas has had a cold but it is passing by and thank the Lord Aubree did not catch it!!!

Neck Therapy Update

First of all, the picture of the three babies, the third one is Elijah Samuel Rees. He is Aubree and Nicholas' newest cousin. He is two weeks old and already Aubree's size (who is 4 months old). His mom is Krystal, Donny's sister. These pictures were taken last Friday by a good friend, Jessica Mariano. Now, regarding Aubree's neck: She just had her therapy appointment this past Tuesday. Her therapist worked with her really good and for the first time, she did not cry. Her therapist said that there are no more knots in her neck so that is very good. She said Aubree is doing very well. The muscle on the left side of her neck is still very short and pokes out a lot when stretched so we still have to get it stretched out really good. Once that is stretched out I am hoping we will be done with the therapy. Hopefully her next appointment may be her last!!! Keep praying that it will all get worked out. It is getting very tiring having to do all this but I am glad we are making progress!

Nicholas was in the car seat doing a stress test while Aubree slept. She had already completed and passed her stress test and we had to wait for the results on Nicholas and to be discharged!!! They are 10 days old here.

Babies

Today we got the babies' first pictures. They did really good. I will post some as soon as
i get them back! We are still working on Aubree's neck. Hopefully not much longer. It still seems really weak to me. I can already see where her head is beginning to grow flatter on one side but it is still not really noticeable to other people. She is such a beautiful baby. Hopefully it will get worked out soon! Nicholas has an intense fascinatio with his hands. He will just stare at them forever and never lose interest! They are both talking so much and laughing. Both are such happy babies!
